Christine + Francis

It was a huge honor to be a part of Christine and Francis’ special day. I met Christine back in February for a glass of wine at Tarallucci e Vino near Union Square to discuss her wedding plans and see if we would be a good fit. I could tell right away that we were — she had a great sense of humor, a relaxed idea for how her wedding day would be, and a love of candid, less-posed images (I love hearing that!). I met Francis in April when we did a walkthrough of the venue and I could tell immediately just from the way he looked at Christine that photographing them was going to be a ton of fun. Sure enough, they spent the whole evening laughing together and I snap, snap, snapped away. Their wedding vows were by far the most beautiful, honest, fearless words I have ever heard, and I hear A LOT of wedding vows.
